0:00 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Good, how are you?
0:01 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
I'm doing great.
0:02 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
I was wishing I'm in Florida right now. It's cold here. Oh, yeah. I've got on two sweaters today, just trying to get through it. Keep warm. Right. I appreciate you making some time to hop on. Yeah, thank you for your quick response.
0:22 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Are you able to see my screen?
0:24 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah.
0:26 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Perfect. So we have two quotes to go through.
0:28 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
The first one we'll go through is going to be the one in oral fluid, and then we'll take a look at the one in methanol. So on the quote, we have our part number here. This is what you're going to put on your purchase order if you want to move forward with the oral fluid part. We'll be packaging it. You'll get a 1 mil fill size, and there'll be 25 vials in a box. And then order quantity is two boxes to hit our minimum order size of 50 ml. So here we've got your pricing per pack, extended pricing, and then also all the shipping. be And handling charges. So this would be your grand total here. And then this table here is going to be all the analytes that we're spiking in, as well as the concentrations that we're spiking it to. A couple of these analytes we have stability data on, so we're able to make stability claims. And then the rest of them, we don't have stability data, so we're not able to make a claim. It doesn't mean that the product won't perform, it just means we don't have the appropriate data for the FDA in order to make a product performance complaint, or I'm sorry, a product stability complaint. Okay.
1:34 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
So the stability, but some other sample, some other QC products you provide have stability. Can I report to those days?
1:47 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
In general, we usually expect about 25 days thought stability for these analytes. We just can't unfortunately make a claim. So when it comes to us manufacturing it, what we'll The can do is we can guarantee the presence of the analyte. We just can't guarantee the concentration. It's just like the testing required through FDA in order for us to like officially say, you'll get this amount of stability. It's quite a lot of work and we just don't have that for these analytes, but I've seen us make these for other customers and I'm not aware of any of these ones being particular issue, but I just couldn't say for certain. Okay. that kind of make sense?
2:29 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
The THC. THC is the original THC, not the Karboxky THC. You want the, you want Delta 9? Yeah, not the Karboxky THC. It's a Karboxky THC, not the Karboxky THC. Perfect.
2:48 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
I can have that updated after this call. Yeah.
2:55 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Let just make a note for myself myself here.
2:57 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
actor Who you were? Thank you. Any of the other analytes look like issues, or does that look like what you expect? I see things.
3:06 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
No, didn't. bye. Oh, thank you. Perfect.
3:11 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
So as far as packaging goes, it's going to be a frozen form, so you'll store these in the freezer and just pull out a vial, thaw before you're going to use. It's going to go into a 2 ml amber glass vial, and you'll have an 18-month expiration date. So when you place the order, we manufacture it fresh for you, so you'll get a full 18-month expiration. And then lead time on this quote, once you place the order, is approximately 15 business days.
3:37 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Oh, the product expiration date, it means the stability if I throw to the temple? Yes. Okay.
3:46 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah, it's just once thawed, we can't say how long it's going to last. Oh, okay. Any questions on the oral fluid one before we move on to the methanol? Oh, this is...
4:00 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
this is in the oral fluid, right? Yes.
4:04 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah, this is oral fluid with your oral fluid concentrations. And the methanol quote is going to be at everything 10 times this concentration.
4:14 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
That's going to be this quote here.
4:16 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
So very similar as far as design and how it works. So we've got your part number here. We're doing the same fill size and the same packaging. The methanol matrix is a little cheaper for us. So it kind of offsets the higher part of the drugs. And it's actually just a little bit cheaper than buying it in the oral fluid. We have all of your concentrations here. So we did 10 times what we did for the QC. And I'll have this quote changed as well to go to the parent drug of THC before I send it over. We don't have any stability data for these analytes and methanol. Although, anecdotally, we know that the methanol protects these. So we don't expect you to see any issues there. You'll store it frozen. You'll Although, due to it being in methanol, it will not freeze, so it's going to remain liquid, but it should be stored in the freezer. You'll have the same 18 months for manufacturing as far as an expiration date goes, and the same lead time of 15 business days. So that's a stability sample.
5:19 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
18 months is the stability before opening the vial is stable for 18 months.
5:30 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yes. Okay. Okay, good. And methanol, in general, we think is, you know, it's more stable. That's what a lot of people make the standards in, things like that. So, you know, if stability is a concern, I would think that that's probably going to be your best option. Although, looking at your list of analytes, we make these all the time in oral fluid, and I'm not aware of any known stability issues for any of those analytes.
5:56 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
So, last time you said, how long did it take to produce? you. Thank
6:02 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Around 15 business days, so approximately three weeks. It's usually a little faster than that, but we just, you know, give a longer lead time. That way we don't risk running over. Is it pretty urgent for you to get in? No.
6:16 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Okay. It's still made better.
6:21 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
As far as pricing, does it seem pretty fair? Yeah, it's good for me.
6:27 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Okay. But I will ask my manager. Yeah.
6:32 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Before I send it over to you, I'm going to send it back to our quoting team and have them change THC. Depending on the drug cost, it might change the pricing just a little bit. But I'll send that over once we do have it. I know Delta 9, we do see stability issues with that in some of our other products, like in urine and blood. So I think there may be more of a risk of stability issue for the Delta 9, specifically in oral fluid. But I'll see if our team has data on that. I'll And when I get that updated quote, I'll let you know. Okay, okay.
7:04 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Okay, just send email me the follow-up quote. Perfect.
7:09 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah, no problem.
7:11 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Awesome.
7:12 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Yeah, I should be able to get these to you by the end of the day, just depending on how busy my quoting team is. Worst case, I'll have them to you by tomorrow. Okay, thank you.
7:21 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Great. I appreciate your time.
7:23 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Thank you.
7:24 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
All right. Bye.
7:26 - Andrew Hartmann (UTAK Laboratories)
Bye. Keep up.
7:30 - CJ (Nona Scientific)
Bye.
