Request for EXP date extension on a stock product

Hi Holly,
We are unable to do extensions into the future as we do not have the data to support the claim. For a QC the way we can do an extension is retroactively. If your end user continues to run the product past expiration, then share the data with us showing it is still performing. At that time we can issue a letter up to the last date the customer shared data with us.
We can never say it will be good tomorrow, but we can cover any dates the customer actually used the product if that makes sense. Let me know if you have any questions.
